Software development • AI automations

Bulletproof your business with Bulletpoint AI.

Calls that go unanswered. Leads that go cold. The same information typed into two systems that should already talk to each other. I find the expensive repetitive work in how you run, and I take it out.

The problem

None of it is complicated. All of it costs you money.

Status Scattered

  • The phone rings after five and goes to voicemail. By morning they have called somebody else.

  • An enquiry lands in an inbox and sits there for three days because everyone is busy.

  • A quote goes out and nobody chases it. That work was already yours.

  • The same details get typed into three systems that don't talk to each other.

  • There is a spreadsheet only one person understands, and everything depends on it.

Consulting

You don't need to know what's possible. That's my job.

Most owners I talk to don't know what automation can do for them. They just know the days are long, the same jobs keep coming back, and they're running on empty. So I start by learning how your business actually runs, from the first enquiry to the final invoice. Every step, every handoff, every spreadsheet. Then I show you where the hours are going and which fixes pay off first.

Example of a workflow review. Yours will look different.

  • 01

    I map the whole workflow

Start to finish, the way it really happens, not the way it's written down.

  • 02

I find where the hours go

The repetitive, non-billable work that eats your week and burns people out.

  • 03

You get a plan, in order

What to automate first, what can wait, and what's cheaper to leave alone.

See how a project runs from first call to launch or what I build.

What I do

Protect what you've built. Automate what eats your time.

Two jobs. Keep what you've built protected, and take the repetitive work out of how it runs.

Not sure where to start? I map how your business actually runs first, then tell you what's worth fixing. That's the workflow review.

Business workflow automation

The repetitive work that eats the week. Details copied between systems, quotes chased, the same report rebuilt every Monday, documents read and filed by hand. Mapped first, then built so it runs without anybody driving it.

03

Custom CRM and API integrations

Making the software you already pay for talk to itself. n8n, Make, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Twilio, webhooks, and direct REST work when there is no connector for it.

04

Call intake and dispatch

Calls answered around the clock, sorted by urgency, priced off your rate table, and put in the hand of whoever is on call. If nobody claims it, the owner's phone rings.

05

Lead capture and follow-up

Enquiries caught from wherever they land, qualified, and chased on a schedule until somebody actually replies. Plus finding the people already asking for what you sell, scored and pushed into your CRM.

Everything else

Field reports and document processing, internal tools, and the spreadsheet only one person understands.

How it works

From the first call to a system that keeps running.

No price on the first call. We work out what the job actually is, then you get a proposal in writing.

  1. 01

    We talk

Thirty minutes. You tell me what's eating hours, I tell you straight whether it's worth automating.

  2. 02

    Proposal the same day

I go over what we talked about and send you a written proposal. Scope and price are agreed before I build anything, so there is nothing to argue about later.

  3. 03

    I build it

Around how your business actually runs. Your tools, your rules, your people.

  4. 04

    Live, and kept running

It goes live on your systems. Simple builds mostly look after themselves. Bigger ones need maintenance like any IT system, and we work out what that looks like before launch.

Questions

The things people ask before they say yes.

What does it cost?

Depends entirely on what you want built. No two businesses run the same way, so every job is a custom build with a custom price. You don't pay for pieces you'll never use. We talk it through on a call, then I send you a number afterwards rather than guessing at it in advance.

How do I know which parts of my business are worth automating?

Simple. Look at how much time goes into doing the same task every day. Copying details from one system to another, chasing quotes, answering the same questions, building the same report every week. Most of it isn't billable, and it quietly eats through hours for owners and staff alike. That is usually the first thing worth automating. On the first call we find it together, and if something is cheaper to leave alone I will say so.

What industries do you work with?

Any of them. If something in your business is repetitive, manual, and expensive, that is the job, whatever the industry.

How do I know it won't tell a customer something stupid?

Not every automation uses AI. Plenty of them are plain rules that do the same thing the same way every time. When a build does use AI, it runs on a strict set of instructions and a long list of constraints, so it can only work inside the lines we draw for it. Prices, safety, and anything with a rule behind it never get left to the model. And when it hits something it doesn't understand, it stops and hands it to a person instead of guessing.

Do I have to change the software I already use?

No. Most of what I build sits alongside what you already pay for and makes it talk to itself. n8n, Make, HubSpot, Twilio, webhooks, and direct API work when there is no connector for it.

Can't I just build this myself with Zapier or Make?

For something simple, often yes, and I will say so if that is the honest answer. Where it stops being simple is anything with a safety rule, a price, or a chain of steps that has to hold up at 2am with nobody watching. That is where a Saturday afternoon build turns into a thing you maintain forever.

Who owns it?

You do. Whether it's one or two automations or a full system reaching into several parts of your business, I recommend you own it outright. Everything sits in accounts in your name, and the logic, the rules and the data are yours. Nothing is locked to me.

What happens to my data?

It moves between the tools you already use and whatever store the build needs. Nothing gets sold, nothing gets used to train anything, and I will tell you exactly which services touch it before you agree to anything.

Do you maintain it after it goes live?

Yes and no. A simple automation mostly looks after itself once it's running. Bigger builds need maintenance, the same as any IT system, and the more pieces talking to each other, the more there is to keep an eye on. Things break, carriers change rules, and a business changes how it works. We work out what that looks like for your build before it goes live.

Buy back your time.

Got a process that eats hours every week?

Not sure where to start? That's the part I handle. Tell me how your days go, and I'll show you where the hours are going and what to fix first.
