This policy explains what information Bulletpoint AI collects through this website and its services, why, where it is kept, and what is never done with it.

When you book a call, the booking form asks for your name, email, company, phone number (optional), industry, team size, a description of the work you'd like help with, and how you heard about Bulletpoint AI. Nothing else is collected when you browse the site.
Only to prepare for and hold the call you asked for, and to follow up with you about it. Your information is not sold, rented, or used to add you to marketing lists.
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. Fonts and code are served from this site, not from third parties.
Both services are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country.
Booking form submissions are kept for 2 years, then deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.
When Bulletpoint AI builds automations for a business, any data those systems process belongs to that business. How it's handled is set out in the written agreement for each project.

This information is used solely to answer a call on behalf of a contracting business, work out whether the job is an emergency, and get the job to the right technician. Nothing collected is used for marketing.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with anyone. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described below, and are disclosed only to the telecommunications provider that carries the message and to the contracting business the caller was trying to reach.
Message volume is low and entirely event driven.
There is no recurring, scheduled or promotional messaging on this service.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Bulletpoint AI does not charge you for messages, but your carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance, or email connor@bulletpoint-ai.com. Opting out is honoured immediately and carries no cost.
You can ask what personal information Bulletpoint AI holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, withdraw your consent, or ask for it to be deleted. Email connor@bulletpoint-ai.com and you'll get a response in writing. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
