These terms cover use of this website and the services Bulletpoint AI provides. Each client project is also covered by its own written proposal or agreement. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
The information on this site describes what Bulletpoint AI does in general. It isn't a quote or a promise of specific results. Prices are set per project, after a call.
Bulletpoint AI provides automation consulting, workflow reviews, and custom automations, AI agents and integrations. Scope, price, timelines, support and ownership for each project are agreed in writing before work starts.
Booking a call is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Bulletpoint AI answers after-hours telephone calls on behalf of home service contractors, determines whether a job is urgent, and sends the job by SMS to the contractor's on-call technician. Where a technician does not accept the job within the agreed response window, the business owner is notified by SMS.
Technicians are enrolled by their employer, who is responsible for telling them that job alerts arrive by SMS and that they may reply STOP at any time. Callers are told during the call that a text message will follow, and only the number they called from is used.
This service is not an emergency service. If there is a gas leak, a fire, a carbon monoxide alarm, or a risk to life, leave the building and call 911. The automated agent will tell a caller to do exactly that and will end the call.
The service depends on telephone and internet networks that Bulletpoint AI does not control. It is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and prices quoted to a caller come from the contracting business's own rate table rather than being calculated by the service.
Liability for client projects is set out in each project's written agreement. For the after-hours service, Bulletpoint AI's liability is limited to the fees paid for that service in the month in which a claim arises. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
